At Blue Moon Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or fashion accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure fabrics are unwashed, uncut, and in their original condition. Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed RMA slip inside.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned yardage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
